I am quite in love with one. I think it’s magic. I can’t recall exactly how I came to putting these ingredients together, only that I was bored with regular ol’ pumpkin soup and wanted something creamy, comforting and flavoursome.
It’s perfect for grey rainy days and truely satisfying. The macadamia nuts give the most delicious creaminess and the spices are all that your tastebuds have ever dreamed of. To sum it up…thick, creamy, spiced and absolute heaven on a spoon.
Come in he said, have some green smoothie he said. I tried to decline politely, but he wouldn’t have it. I didn’t want to drink it. He insisted. I brought glass to mouth and took a reluctant sip. The delight. It was delicious. Who knew something that looked so terrible could taste superb. Utterly hooked.
An absolute delight! Vegan and delicious. I am convinced that vegan desserts are truly the tastiest, plus they are guilt free…right? Well perhaps not entirely, but this one is pretty easy to prepare, stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days, looks beautiful and tastes it too.
